Hi! I'm Professor Admin
I'm a busy person. I have three intense careers - as a professor at a major university, a fellow at a think tank, and a reserve officer in the military. I'm the mother of two boys under two. But I still have plenty of hobbies, sleep eight hours a night and work out every day. I always take my vacation (and then some).
The goal is to get the most out of life - but it can be difficult to figure out how to fit it all in. You can read after book about productivity and organization (I do!) but they tend to give really vague advice like - prioritize, just say no, don't let the urgent drive you, do what you are passionate about, blah, blah, blah.
That's all great until you waste your day trying to get your cell phone bill fixed (I'm looking at you AT&T). Or you have to sit through meetings no matter how many lifestyle gurus tell you to just tell your boss it isn't useful for you to be there (good luck with that). Or you spend the day trying to figure out how to get from one city in Europe to another without having to switch trains.
The bottom line: whether it is for work, home or play, you need to do a lot of unfulfilling tasks to get to the good stuff. My system will help you minimize the unfulfilling, so you can maximize the living. I also save you time by sharing templates and lessons I've learned through decades of managing all our household admin.
